Hi Krank, I agree that difficulty swallowing goes along with RSD for some of us. I know it's scary when we have difficulty and feels like food is stuck. Go slow and small and drink water-plenty. I have full body RSD 15 years. Internally also. My Dr. a neurologist has me on lorazepam, an anti-anxiety med and that calms my system down and relaxes my symptoms some. I've made many changes in my life to live in a calmer life style. I refuse to to be around negative people. The calmer the better. Music, meditation, exercise, stretching, all help too.
