Default IVIG infusions for RSD

My doc showed me some data on an RSD treatment called IVIG infusions. It is mainly used on patients with immune system or blood platelet issues. Doc says it is recommended for patients that havent had good results from other treatments. The study info she showed me only had about 20 patients. I was just wondering if anyone has any info about this treatment...thanks!!!
