I had my first one on thursday and am getting another tomorrow. Personally, I was a nervous wreck and my doc had just diagnosed me the day before. We need to treat it agressively she said. Anýwho, twilight is how I got through it and I will have it again tomorrow. It really, really helps! And I got a couple hours of relief! Godsent!
