In PA - please add:

Dr. Todd Bromberg
Fox Chase Pain Management
54 East Oakland Ave
Doylestown,PA
Offices in Jenkintown and Marlton also.
215-489-9170

Dr. Bromberg is part of the group that Dr. Rosen is in and they have been doing Ketamine infusions for quite awhile at private surgical centers.

I've been getting my infusions with him as well as nerve blocks for the past four months and couldn't be happier. I think he's an excellent option for those who can't get in to see Dr. Shwartzman and honestly, I left Dr. S for him just because he was so much more accessible.

Alan Brewer is in Nebraska now and don't know if the hospital affiliation lets him use K. He is at The Great Plains Pain Clinic in North Platte Nebraska. Don't think Mark Brosnihan in Nebraska is using K except maybe in injections either. There isn't a PM in Nebraska who does infusions. There is a PM in Norfolk Ne that does K injections called My Pain Doctor. No PM in Nebraska will prescribe oral Ketamine, I called them all.

Default Ketamine Doctors

You noted at the bottom that you are looking into Arizona. So far all I have found is the Depression Recovery Center which is very expensive. I will be curious to see what other providers you learn about. Depression is my issue and Ketamine has been recommended by consulting psychiatrist in Atlanta Georgia.

I just called San Francisco Kaiser to see if I could make an appointment for the Ketamine IV . Left a message and a very informed woman called me back & told me they no longer do them. When I asked why? she said due to logistics. San Francisco & Arizona are my only options because I have family there. I'm so tired of fighting this battle. In all of my research Ketamine IV is my "hopeful" option.

Im sure we have all heard of Barby Ingle. I revisited her youtube videos and saw she went to Drexel for the Ketamine Iv. However she gets her boosters in Arizona so more research led me to the doctor. I wondered why they did boosters but not the actual procedure? First let me state that I have a great therapist who is my only advocate. She will get on the phone and call doctors directly and even email them on my behalf. I did email the doc but it was only after my doc emailed them that I got a response. They forwarded my email to a facility called Freedom Pain Hospital. That email was so complete and professional. They gave me the full protocol and procedures that the Ketamine Iv will entail. It has taken me over 4 yrs to finally pick a procedure that is acceptable for me. SCS is not an option, drugs dont work for me and I have even tried hypnotherapy. Their phone number is 480-586-2300.

Default Addition to Ketamine Doctor List

Just wanted to add my doctor to the list.

Dr. Donald Bacon
525 Oak Center Drive, Suite 140
San Antonio, TX 78258
(210) 546-1410

I started ketamine infusions in December 2013. They are going really well and my pain has improved dramatically. Dr. Bacon's typical out-patient protocol is high-dose for four days (Mon-Thur either 8am-12pm or 1-5pm) every four weeks.
