Confused Update Long Time

I have been away for awhile in hopes of making this dreadful conditions go away. I found that with all my effort it has not. I tried to return to work I lasted 6 weeks while in pain the entire time unbearable pain. I'm now back off officially as of 6/6 and it looks like it will be for good. My OS has sent my W/C information to seek permanant restrictions and that I will not be returning to my job of injury. I have been major depressed behind all this feelin like life has ended and that once again I will have to start over once again. The pain Dr. started me on Cymbalta and Liberderm patches in which I had a major allergic reaction to both (NOW WHAT) as the reason for the change is the neurotin was not helping...I'M JUST A CASE OF PROBLEMS CAN'T FIND SHI.....THAT WORKS AND JUST WHEN YOU THINK ITS BETTER..... IT GETS WORSE... DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO KNOW. I'm waiting on a referral to a pain clinic for a evaluation and a W/C to assign a voc rehab person. My life seems unsure at this point and I feel helplesss I'm sure all of you have felt this way at some point or another just trying to get reconnected before I loose my mind. By the way my vision in the left eye has been the only change since my eye visit last year STRANGE since everything is on the left side. Thanks for listening

It takes time to find the right mix of medications that help. Hang in there.

Learn your triggers and ways to avoid them. Stay occupied.

The only treatment that worked for me after trying many others was ketamine. It has allowed me to get a good chunk of my life back. I started out with the 10 day protocol advocated by Schwartzman. WC Court in RI approved it, but it took a while.

The best of luck to you, Sandy
