I've been on generic methadone for 20 years. It's the ONLY thing that stops the burn. Although it's not perfect, I only pay $20 for a mos. supply @ 60 mg/day.
It's part of a cocktail, of course, with Diazepam, zanaflex,(bedtime), Cymbalta, and migraine meds. Eat well, and you may also need some vitamins but, that's another subject.
