So sorry Kathy. When was the last time you appealed ketamine treatments with your insurance company? Stay on it, maybe you will find that your insurance company has changed its position.
I truly hope you can get this resolved soon. I am keeping you guys in my prayers. xoxox Sandy Quote:

Hello Hannah, I believe I have good news to share with you, well at least about controlling the burning pain...acid! Ouch... I did go to my GI Dr. Last Monday...barely could keep my head up from the burn...He started me on omeprazole, generic for previcid...40mg,1x daily for the acid burning..which I have to say has helped a bunch...I have taken it twice a day if I find the burning creeps up on me...He said to continue the Reglan for motility issue and Metroclopramide for tummy spasms.. The motility issue is still present and I find root beer to help me burp and send things along...These tummy issues are part of our big picture..they are not nice! I'm up and down with my weight..usually 5-7 lbs down then back again... Your hiccup issue sounds much like a diaphram disorder or RSD...Key thought would be keeping your diaphragm quiet as possible...as to avoid spasming of your diaphragm..possibly my anti spasm medicine would work for the diaphragm? Worth checking into... You my dear have my sympathy...I hope this helps you in a good way...Please, let me know how you are doing!! Hugz, Kathy |
