pressure change yesterday and last night. Didn't sleep much, both ankles were in pain and the top of my right foot. Just couldn't get comfortable. Also noted a lot of lower back pain now.

This whole week has been rough for me...stupid weather. It actually snowed yesterday while I was outside trying to do my physical therapy walking...

I made it back into the house as fast as I could (which I'm sure you realize was not really all that fast) and sat in front of my space heater for the rest of the day. That's how that worked out. I'm a little worried that this weather is going to slow down my progress with the therapy...I have a hard time walking for 10-15 minutes in circles around the dining room...it's much easier outside...but if the weather keeps up the way it is (I hate Chicago) I'll have to come up with something else that works.

Catra,
My family lives up there in a Chicago western suburb. Last year I went there for Christmas and the chilly cold bothered me to no end. I sympathizes with you...

Oh boy, a cold front, full moon and snow. Tried to go outside to accomplish a few tasks and now I am really sorry. Gotta love Ohio.

I miss mall walking. I used to travel for work and was in a lot of malls around the country.

I'll look into that. I was actually thinking the local grocery store would be the likely spot. I'm trying to get myself in shape to go back to work...but I gotta be able to be on my feet for 9 hours for that to happen. I thought going up and down the rows at the grocery store might work since it's just a two minute drive from here. The closest mall is about 45 minutes away...which might be too much car time for me...at least right now. But those are good ideas. Thanks!
