Help RSD arm is acting odd

My hubby has been having Stellate Ganglion Blocks for his left arm/shoulder.
He had his 5th yesterday.
This evening his arm is MORE swollen,moving on its own(like the muscles under the skin) and feels like its on the verge of falling asleep!
anyone experience this? i dont know what to do! If I take him to ER they wont know anything..GRRRR
