Default Bicep twitching/tremor

RSD for 4mo. and the twitching in the bicep for three. There wasn't anything that brought it on and nothing that helps or stops it. I too notice that the more pain I am in the more it is twitching. The doctors (pain managment and neurologist) both have no idea why it would be doing this and say that they have never seen it before with rsd.
