I avoided the Shingles shot for fear of coming down with the Shingles. I have had cold sores since childhood and use Denavir prescription as soon as the tingling occurs. Also have used Lysine as well. I was afraid this virus would make me more suseptible.

My mother is diceased and have not idea if I ever had Chicken pox.
