I was thinking of a temperpedic and I liked sleeping on my brother's a few years back. I went bed shopping very late at night when the store was EMPTY and the saleswoman insisted I lie down on several models for several minutes each. What I ended up with is a strange hybrid I love. It is a spring mattress with memory foam and a pillow top. For pillows, I find down is the best thing for my neck and to use for travel or propping very body parts. I just purchased a 2 pack from Costco a month ago for $60 or so? I was worried they'd be low quality, but they're similar to others that cost over $100 per pillow.

I've had nightsweats, chills, and full body temperature regulation dysfunction for many years--and it started before I began taking meds that could cause the issue... I find that the more out of control my pain is, the greater the frequency of episodes. Taking baths helps reset my body temperature to normal. Having several light layers of blankets helps as well.
