Hi I am new here but have been here a couple of times.But any ways I am writing because now I have RSD in my lower half of my body after 2 herneated disk hip buristis walking is very hard still with crutchs been like this sense June of 2011 had to stop working in November after 2 trips to the er couldn't walk at all and another trip in Dec.The pain is so bad I don't sleep much on 5 differant meds.But I can say I was using a gel where it hurts and sometimes it claims it down it's called (Arnicare) have to try it.
