Crazy cronic neck tension
I swear I have bottles of ben-gay laying all over my house because my neck is always tight and painful. Its the only thing that takes the edge off. I often find myself saying to people when they hug me..." hope you like the smell of Canada mints!" Seriously though I should have part ownership in the company!
I know some is from teeth clenching...do any of you have the same problem? What do you do for it?
