I have had rsd for 8 years now. I have been exhausted since day one. It is so bad that I tell various friends to call and make sure I am awake if I have to go anywhere. The other day I had one friend call three times within a one hour period as I had a doctors appointment for my chronic bronchitis (which is a double whammy). If I sit down on my couch with my legs outstretched (which is the only position I can tolerate) I fall asleep and sometimes it is for hours. Everyday I am tired and this is all day every day. So yes I can relate. I hope your pain is tolerable today!
