I would like nothing more than to be able to return to work in my current position (which I 100% know I can do)...but we'll see what they have to say.

A part of me knows it's just a sham because of the EEOC charge I filed but there's the part of me that is still hoping for them to do the right thing because all I want to do is work and have my life go back to as close to normal as it can be. It will never be the same while I still stuffer from RSD but I want it to be as close as possible. I just want to move past all this nonsense. But however it turns out...whatever they say Wednesday...at least I will no longer be in limbo after the meeting and if I need to find another job then I can focus on that even if worst case scenario happens. It's been very hard to DO anything while all this is still up in the air.

So if you have any good thoughts, prayers, or wishes to send my way please do...I need all the help/luck I can get.
Catra,

I do wish you the best of luck and indeed good thoughts and prayers
are sent your way. I am in complete agreement with ballernia when
she says things happen for a reason. I beleive they do. We do not
always know the purpose and may not for many years but good things
do come to those who bite onto courage and press forward as you have
done. Your having done so has made you ever more capable, stronger.
These qualities cannot be taken from you because they have become a part of you
