I know for a fact that it affects these areas. I know some people who have been dx,d with Iritis(swelling of the eye) and the pupil changes into a star shape. she is being treated with injections into the eye itself but she is now considered legally blind. Plus I too have burning in my eyes and ringing in my ears. the ringing could be from increase in blood pressure with I am told all people with chronic pain have the burning is another proof of RSD presence in the eye. just like and appendage burns so would the eyes. this is in the basic nature of our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. mind you our organs are controlled by these systems also are most of out glands .IE constant sweating and edema, this is the fight or flight pattern as well as it controls adrenaline, as well a hormone,s and follicles , as well as calcium and so on and so on. this beast could attack everything. this is why so many symptoms are reported. hope this info helps. I suggest you google greys anatomy sympathetic nervous system. it won't tell you about this beast just about the system and what it does and how it works in the body.
