Thanks everyone.
I do see a psychiatrist regularly for meds.. I'm thinking it may be time to reevaluate them?
I agree with idle time... I can get sucked into my own head.
I don't have many days like this... but this one has been a doozie. Here's hoping tomorrow is. Better.
