I'm not doubting you have bone loss. I was questioning how you can tell your bone loss is getting worse. Have you had more than 1 bone scan?

I know, I'm sorry. I just get called fake a lot and I get offensive easily. And well, with my ankle, I can use my hand and like take my fingers and go around it. The harder it is for them to touch, the bigger it is. And my fingers are really close to touching now whereas a week ago, they weren't going to touch for about an inch. It's probably not very accurate but it's all I have.

That actually sounds like a possible decrease in swelling, which would be a very good thing.

And swelling can change dramatically within the course of minutes with RSD.

I agree . it sounds like swelling. but if you suspect more bone loss or weakening speak to your dr,s and let them get a look into it. like I tell every one. Its your body and you know it best ; if you feel somethings wrong, then you may be right!! but do not make early assumptions .. it could cause you un needed stress.. be well
