Please, be sure that you don't have TOS as well, they're common together!
(Thoracic Outlet Syndrome).
There's a spot on this website for that as well.
I have them both, going into my 30th year.
It can wear on you.
And, there's no cure sadly, just pain relievers, which knock the edges off.
