Default Qme

hello, i know that i'm responding to one of your older posts but I am scheduled for and IME soon which is the same as QME i think. This is my second one, the first one was before i was diagnosed with rsd and said i was perfectly fine. Then i had to see a state physical therapist who outright lied in his report. i would love it if you could give me the site to report this abuse. i would truly appreciate it and i will also be bringing a tape recorder, did the dr. know you were taping him? they make me sick! they take an oath to do no harm, what a load of crap! the dr. i saw was in a posh office on michigan ave and charged $1000.00 for a bunch of lies. thanks in advance for your response. jennifer
