It happens to me too.... unfortunately, I haven't found anything to help.

Since it's our Sympathetic Nerve System that is "messed up" and sneezing is a sympathetic reaction, the one is going to affect the other....at least it does with me. I never dreamed a simple sneeze would hurt as much as it does.

Hopefully someone else will come along and have something that might help both of us.....
