Yes, I've felt that way too. It's almost like if you had a broken leg or arm, it would be more obvious that there's something wrong. Is this at work? Many times there's support lines that you can call that are there to support employees with issues. I know that not all employers offer this... If it's at home, I've found that it's imperative to surround yourself with people who understand.
