Default First Nerve Block!
Hey everyone!

I go for my first lumbar nerve block next thursday. Are there any tips to being prepared? (I'm realllly afraid of needles.)

Talk to your parents about having a massage for later in the day or early the next day. This link explains why.

They will give you some versed to help you relax. It is still somewhat painful, but the meds they give you really help.
