pictures of nails done along with a letter from my friend advising that the nails on my right hand were very brittle and cracked and she would be happy to talk to my dr if needs be, i have also started taking pictures of my leg,arm and face in the morning, afternoon and night to build up an idea for my dr. brillliant ideas micheal well done you
