Confused I've got a few questions..

I've found that whenever my leg/foot gets too extremely cold, (to where I get cramps), my entire body becomes cold as well. I shiver even if I'm completely bundled up! Does anyone know what that is?

Also, my leg has begun to explore the other extremity-a hot, burning sensation. It hurts something awful. Is there any way I can 'cool it down' without using cold water or ice? Because that would just set it off into another flare-up..

Lastly, I've been having a lot of spasms in my shoulders, neck, and spine. I've seen others mention it as being a part of their CRPS. Is it possible that my spasms could be associated with my CRPS as well?

Thanks for your help, in advance!
Soft love &Gentle hugs!

Read this:

Try taking a warm bath (preferably with Epsom salts) to see if that will help reset your body temp. (Works for me.)
