Default ketamine treatment this week

Doing a infusion this week with Lubenow in chicago. Trying to go off of meds to help infusion be more successful (read that in barb ingles book). Now my hand is hurting and burning beyond anything in the last year. Anyone ever done this and is it worth the flare? There seems to be such a vast differnce in protocols used with the ketamine infusion between doctors. That seems to puzzle me. I guess it that everyone is differnt and what may work for me may not work for you.
