Arrow stelate ganglione blocks

Hello my name is cecelia I have had rsd since 2009. THe same doctor has been treating me. He is a pain specialist. He performed 2 stellate ganglion blocks on me in 2009 with Ocupational therapy I was in OT for 3 years and no improvement. went to his office the other day and he recomended I have 4 nerve blocks done again with therapy. Why is he doing these nerve blocks again? They did not help then why do more? Very confused??
