One site had copyright but allowed a "very short snip" with link and what you copied was far more than that.

We get legal letters when members copy from sites that do not allow it so we have to err on the side of caution.

Oh dear. I thought that as long as you credited (used a link) it was fine to repost content anywhere. I will put together my own summary of the information instead and post it back in the start post, and leave the links in for 'further info' if anyone wants to. Hope that will be acceptable!!

CRPS started in left knee after op in Aug. 2011
Spread to entire left leg and foot, left arm, right foot.

Coeliac since 2007.
Patella femoral arthritis both knees.
