Believe it or not, my endo told me the best source of electrolytes if you are low....Pedialyte. Go figure. I have not tried it yet. But I also often have high heart beat and normal blood pressure. No one knows.

I do remember a post on the subject in the TOS forum. It alluded that it cold be the compression from the TOS.
