Hey Bram,

I am with you on the dentist phobia... ugh my worst fear even before CRPS II ever became a part of my life.

Here is the link for the XyliMelts for consumers in the UK. Honestly, they are fantastic and helps for many hours after they actually melt. The do adhere as they say.. haha I have even eaten a bite of a cookie with one in and it didn't budge nor did it affect my ability to enjoy the cookie
