I mentioned in an earlier post that my husband and I would be meeting our first Niece this past week for the first time since she was born just 4 months ago. My BIL is stationed with his family in Italy for a 3 year term (2 to go) so it was a true blessing that they were able to come for a visit.
Thankfully I was mostly able to enjoy it. It was hard at times as many of you can relate to how pain ramps up when there is much activity surrounding us. Noise, light, sound... all played havoc on my tolerance level but, seeing that precious little girl was so worth it. I was able to hold her as long as I kept her sweet little feet from dangling against my worst leg  Oh so sweet, she is. Ugh.. now the clean up begins. Thankfully my best friend offered to come help clean up after our family gathering full of laughter, food, babies, dogs and football (yeah.. Seahawks) so appreciate her!
