Question finger arthritis from RSD

I developed right hand RSD from shoulder surgery this past May'13.
Four fingers on that hand have become severely arthritic since then.
My fingers also are not straight-they all bend out to the right.

Has anyone experienced this phenomenon?

Truly appreciate this site...
