Ugh...sorry you aren't feeling well.

I hate how something minimal can set things off...or nothing at all for that matter!

Hi Kevscar, I'm sorry you are in so much pain and that the mug hit your ankle. I am sending soft hugs your way. I just recently got my feet xrayed because they are burning so bad and swelling and turning red. The left foot is shiny too. I found out I have a heel spur on my left foot and that I have to see a podiatrist to see what to do about it. Once option is surgery, but I'm afraid of spread. We'll have to see. Maybe you should get your feet and ankles xrayed too just to make sure you didn't maybe fracture them somehow. It can't hurt to get an xray. I hope you feel better soon and the pain subsides. My thoughts are always with all of you. Try to hang in there my friend.

Isn't it so terrible and frustrating how there is no pattern or reason to what flares this? I do hope something happens to ease this up for you!
