Renee - is your heel spur causing problems? I have them too - poor shoe choices in my younger years! But my doc said that they are not related to my pain and that many people who have them don't need any treatment. I'd hate for you to get surgery you don't need!

Kev - I am sorry that it is getting worse. I hope this flair is temporary!

About foot doctors... After having a bad bunion surgery by a podiatrist I talk to a lawyer and they told me I should have gone to a orthopedic because they are a bone specialist. Pediatrics can do anything from toe nails, warts, bunion and ankle surgery. Just a lesson I learned the hard way.

Yeah I'm anti surgery since my RSD is a result of 3 surgeries. I said I won't have any surgery on anything unless it is a matter of life or death!
