I have been treated that way by Doctors offices and it feels so frustrating, humiliating, helpless and angry all at once. The E.R. can be very expensive - I don't know about your insurance. Maybe try to make an appt. for an office visit (make something up) and get a one on one with the Dr.? Just an idea.

So glad you had the locks changed, but how creepy indeed !!
