Default Dont know if I can take it!!

So because of a psycho neighbor I have been out of my meds since saturday. Sunday was hard. Today..........right now my arm is soo painful. causing my head to hurt and I can barely keep from crying any light touch is agony. My doctors office has a policy that even WITH the police report they could refil it early. I dont know if I can make to wednesday. I really dont want to speand hours in the ER, which my doctors office told me to go to if I couldnt take it, I dont want to go there and have them look at me the way they do. Treat me like some drug seeker. But I seriously cant take this pain right now!! god its awful.....I know you guys cant help but I just need someone who understands what Im feeling right now...I cant take much more of this

I do know exactly what you're saying. It's between a rock and a hard place. You may have to go to the ER and I do understand how bad that sucks.

It is just absolutely absurd that we can't get the care and pain relief that we need without being treated like drug addicts. I'm so sorry hon.

I understand how you feel Songbird, but I think going to the ER may be better than suffering until Wednesday. Even if they can't give you what you usually take, at least maybe they can give you something to help with the pain until Wednesday. I hope you feel better soon. Take care.

How are you doing now Songbird? Did you ER it in the end? I really hope that terrible pain has eased off a bit and you are a bit more ok than yesterday.... I'm so sorry. Hang in there chick

Sweetheart I do know what your going through. I spent almost 10 yrs getting drs to believe me that I was really hurting as bad as I said I was. Its Wednesday so go get your meds. I wish I had seen this post earlier. Go to the ER. I know it sucks having to go there but do what you have to for you. Your fiance didn't mean anything bad by saying to try some ibuprofen. He can't feel what we do. He isn't trying to be mean I promise. He is trying to help in the only way he can. I wish I could take the pain away for you. I wish we didn't have to deal with this disorder. This is something I would never wish on my worse enemy.

Default Hello Songbird

I am so sorry you are hurting. I wish there were some magic thing we all could do to stop the pain. When someone steals from a person really needing medicines, it is awful. I don't know how people can do that to someone else, and have no regard for the suffering of that person. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. do go to the ER, it doesn't matter what they think of you. It matters that you receive help until you get your script refilled. ginnie

Songbird, my heart goes out to you! That's worse than robbing food from someone who's starving.
Don't get me started on hubands and advise, like renee has said they just have to "fix" things and can't always cope well. Yeah, ibuprofun won't touch it.

Covering my face here in case you want to throw rocks at me..............
This is an emergency situation, how about a big alcoholic drink?
I've done that with citrus juice for the extra vitamin c that helps and magnesium. I know the interaction could be very bad in case you have
other meds. that could cause a worse reaction. In that case PLEASE DISREGARD.
I want you to feel better!
