It's so easy to underestimate the importance of getting a good night's sleep. When I was at my worst...I couldn't sleep more than 15 minutes at a time and went many nights with no sleep at all.
The tdcs treatments I did didn't seem to really affect my pain levels much...but they got me sleeping better and as a result I generally feel a lot better both physically and emotionally. Pain levels still get to a 7-8 every day (with bad days being a 9-10)...but I feel like I can handle it all better when I am rested up. I'm sorry you had a rough night and I hope you can get some rest tonight and feel better in the morning. Take care. |
