Yeah my arms tremor, almost all the time. It just depends on the day, whether im in a flair or not, stressed, or just out of know where etc... But they can be really bad or not as bad. Usally when ive "worked" my arms to hard that really triggers the tremors, from doing laundrey or doing just generally more then my normal. My normal consist now of just doing the dishes and helping to put my little brother to bed at night. If I do anything more, if I even go out, that will start the tremors up really bad and my arms feel week and tired and the tremors will be noticeable then. And early in the morning they are always strong.
