Thanks for posting this video! I haven't watched it in its entirety yet, but I will. Interesting at the end he says sympathetic blocks are not a good idea. My doctors really encouraged me to do it and I have had 3. I did get some warming of my ice cold foot and deceased my pain by about half for a week. But the relief is not long lasting.
