Vrae, I know you are really struggling right now. I wishh it wasn't so hard. We are here for you! Try to calm your mind, are you taking care of YOU? I know you have others who depend on you, but so many things really can just wait. Get outdoors, breathe the beautiful Rocky mountain air, listen to the birds, sit by a stream.
