I would be wary of infomercials or any kind of hype. There are those who are making lots of extra money misleading (not to mention some being downright dishonest) people.
Oral B12 in the proper dosage has been shown even more effective for many than the usual shots regimen. This was shown in the mainstream years ago, with confirmation from lab results. Don't fall for hype. And I would also take a B complex (at a different time of day), because if you are low in one or more of the others, your body cannot use B12 efficiently.
