Oh the cake.. how about we share ice cream tonight after arguing with myself I decided cake 3 times in one week is not a good idea so no more cake for me for a long, long while I will eat chocolate chip mint ice cream instead.. then tomorrow it is back on the health wagon!

I'm feeling much better today thanks for ask,I try to avoid pain in all the ways I can , so far,it works,tomorrow is my follow up app. I'm sure everything is ok. no cake?
