Hi Kim, the UK morning shift is here :)
I'm so sorry, you poor girl, you must feel utterly crap this morning. Hope that little bit of sleep did you some good....thank goodness it's Good Friday and I'm hoping to goodness you don't have to work. Try to get some more sleep - put yourself first for a change ;)
It's not been as bad as yours, but my feet and knee have been unhappy the last couple of days, and last night they were very burny and scratchy and raw. Hate it because I struggle to get them comfy in bed, even with my attractive little tent-like arrangement. Maybe there is a weathery element to it?
If you have a med specifically for the long-term nerve pain (like my Lyrica) maybe try upping the dose for a couple of days. Sometimes that helps with a flare, particularly the weather-related kind.
I do hope you are feeling a little better, at least that the knives have been put away... Take care of yourself today, and I send you a

Bram, you are so funny! I love when you said the UK morning shift is here! I love your sense of humor. And your advice reminds me of the emergency rsd flare kit you spoke about a while back. I have loved that idea and have had as emergency rsd kit in my room ever since. It works wonders! That was an awesome plan of action! Thanks again for the great advice.
And Kim, I didn't mean to get sidetracked. I hope that you have a better nights sleep tonight. I hope we all do. Take care my friends. With love, your friend, Renee.
