Thank you for,being such a nice friend ,rsd don't give time off,you might already noticed.
This flare ups are the worst I ever had.i don't understand how a body can experience such of pain,happens sometimes but lately,too often .
I hope your days are better and easy than mine,blessing and thank you again,cry sometimes is a huge relief,but when you cried alone,it's hurtful ,you guys held my hands today,I'm more than bless ,I will still try to get better and leave this episode behind,best wishes to all,from Jesika

Shelly,Di and every one,I was hoping to be okey today,I was alb to sleep but woke up late ,real late and as the day goes by,my pain increased ,reason is I'm really nervous and have a lots stress on me now,I noticed that and I want to be able to relax but I can't ,I tried but simple can't ,my whole body is on fire feels like knives cutting me and sweat getting up into my skin,hurst,my onwn touch hurts,tomorrow will see my pm dr and see what he recommended to do.so far neither meds or scs helped at all,but I hope got get better soon ,dawn I wish to be ok,at least no burning just the pain,thanks to all,I do appreciate it so much,is bad day but soon the sun will shine again,it was suppose to happen after te rain ,isn't it.thanks.

aww.. Jesika I'm so sorry that you are hurting so bad hon. that is just just terrible. I do know the pain you speak of; when you feel as though your body is a torture chamber. Just know that some how, some way... it will pass. Hang in there hon! I hope it passes quickly and if not I hope you're PM has something to help you! Try and find some sort of distraction if you can. Maybe even a hot bath? Be good to you!

Vrae and Phaedra ,girls I appreciate so much your concern,yap been rough lately,I'm in so much stress and pain added more stress.hot shower unfortunate is not for me,my scs got my body hot enough if I take too warm water showers,I flare up more,funny story,I take showers to cool down and get rid of sweat and I ended showering on sweat after any bath,so make no sense,weird,I should avoid water and save the planet ,hahaha , thanks for lift me up,I always keep you in my mind and also prayers ,thanks to all ,from Jesika .

Have you tried Valium?

My PM doctor has me on it as 2 fold. It helps to relax muscles when they tighten up and it helps me with anxiety and stress. I'm on 5 mg once a day twice if needed. I take it in the AM. If I find myself getting anxious and worked up I take more. It seems to help.
