My understanding is that biofeedback is used in order to help gain measures of control over certain biological functions like breathing, heartbeat, muscle movement, even brainwave patterns.

I've never used machines to monitor that type of thing, but have found great success in pain reduction by focusing my awareness on sympathetic, parasympathetic, and even enteric activities. It feels like I'm a 3rd party and I'm monitoring my physical body and movements from outside of myself.
Thanks for the info, I never heard that medical term before and the meaning ,glad you explained ,thanks again,Jesika

AZ-Di are you going to try biofeedback? Let us know how it goes if you do decide - it's one more arrow in the anti-pain quiver. Maybe it's the one that will shoot that RSD apple off of your head, or someone else's.
