Your outlook will have the best results if you put all this behind you (at least for now while your pain is at a level of 1) and go live as if you had never heard of this horrid condition. Focus instead on living the life you can because if it is/was CRPS you just don't know when the pain would be so intolerable that the old life is hard to live. Stay positive!! My best piece of advice: daily vitamin C & daily exercise! Take care, Tessa |
