See, we made it through the early morning and both still here. And while I don't share your desire to live this life over again a million timed if I could, you are right...the experience does open our hearts much more to listen to and help others than before.
Although I was pretty happy having money, no pain and a closed heart j/k

Hope you are finding some relief! Sending good thoughts and prayers to you.

The weather this past week kicked my butt! Rainy for three days, but sunny today. I spent the day in bed yesterday, did not sleep, but laid there because sitting was not a good option. I got up only to shower, bathroom and get something to eat or drink. Felt so much better today, so I went out to eat with my husband and his parents. Explained my allergies so clearly to the waiter and he assured me "no problem" but I was glutened or something...UGH! Been so sick for the past 4 hours.

yeah, the weather's been miserable here too - I was wondering if that was playing a part ... but whatever it is, go to the ER if it will help!

Better but not that much

I just wanted to thank you all for the thoughts and prayers! It has been a while since I've been here, I'd forgotten the outpouring of support that can be such a comfort. I made it through the night, and by morning my flare lessened enough to where I can deal with it. I'm still in much greater pain than I have been lately. I swear sometimes you go long enough periods without a flare up and then it decides to remind you who's boss. I had almost forgotten exactly how intense the pain can get. Though this flare was not quite like any other I have had. This didn't just involve my arm, but my feet and left leg. Deep Aching starting in the right. Mild edema in both calfs and feet. A little bit discouraged, I actually thought for a while my crps was going into remission....
But I'm not giving up. I'll still do as much as I can to live my life to the fullest. Where there has been such struggle and pain, it makes the good things and days, just that much sweeter.
I'm sure lots of you have experienced spreads. Can you tell me what it was like for you? Like was there slight symptoms first? Some inkling (I know it's different for everyone) of what I might expect would be helpful.
