I'm not saying that it doesn't seem like a good device as I have never heard of it or used it before but as stated there....

Stretch out your lower back first, then lay down on the floor. Center your body with the arrow on the machine and place your feet in the cradle so that your ankles are 1-2 inches over the edge of the cradle. You may want to wear heavy socks or wear the anklets supplied with the machine to avoid rubbing from the cradle. Make sure you are comfortable lying there, if not, you may want to put a pillow under your knees for extra support.

Turn the timer switch on to activate the machine – first time users should do no more than 2-3 minutes, if in poor health less than 1 minute. Once you are used to the machine and its movement, you can increase your time in 5-minute increments. You may use the machine twice a day for maximum benefits.

Your body will feel a full body movement, do not fight this movement, stay relaxed and allow your body to move with the swing of the machine. Breathe deeply and evenly during the movement.

When the machine stops, remain on the floor for 2-3 minutes before getting up. You may remove your feet from the cradle during this time. First, stretch out your spine and hips, then roll to one side and get up off the floor. Remember to drink your other glass of water.


Some of that there kinda scares me. Where it says heavy socks or the anklets included to prevent rubbing, they might be a little heavy and could irritate the rsd. The rubbing would be bad as well. Another part that concerns me greatly is where it says your body will feel a full body movement and don't fight it. Just stay relaxed and allow your body to move with it. You might want to make sure the body movement is tolerable. My guess is that it just might be a little harsh if it says don't fight it but you never know. One last part that also concerns me is where it says stretch out afterwards and then roll over to get up. That might irritate the rsd more causing more harm than good.
