Arrow Help!!!!

I have RSD and it started in my left leg and jumped to the right. I suspect that it has jumped into my left arm because of the coldness and sore areas on the skin on the right arm. I do not feel the shark shooters in the right arm but the gavepentin and Cymbalta are probably masking it. I really need to know if it will ever really get stopped and go away.
